Some places I worked before in reverse chronological order

Senior member of the London UI team. Managing large projects closely with UX design and product managers; built and maintained frontends for Cloudflare Firewall, Rulesets, DNS, Load Balancing, FL products. Scaled the team through conducting interviews, mentoring and giving away my Legos.

Helped restaurateur Alan Yau’s vision to create an app to own the entire food ecosystem. First engineer to join the very small team and lead the project’s tech from scratch. Started off building a Rails backend for an iOS app.

E-commerce platform for creating and selling custom business cards. I was on the Templates and Tools team who built out the pages where customers picked design templates. We also built internal tooling for managing said templates.

Now known as Freenow, Hailo was an app to hail taxis. I moved to London in 2012 for this role. At the beginning I worked on a internal dashboards to monitor their microservice backend and manage customers, later implemented their customer-facing landing page redesigns.

Distilled Media own Boards.ie and Daft. I worked on both PHP monoliths, engaging with the community to track and resolve bugs. Developed new APIs, helped migration away from vBulletin for Boards.ie and fixed up deployment and local dev scripts.
